CUSTOMER LOYALTY PROGRAM

Easily Sign-Up Members Via Talon or LightSpeed Systems

It's easier than ever for riders to join your loyalty program. Their basic customer information is most likely already in your dealer management system (DMS). We can conveniently pull the data electronicly to determine who is a loyalty member, who has made purchases, how many points should be calculated, and more.

Sign Up Just Take A Few Steps
Customers can earn rewards, discounts, and free gifts in a number of ways:

Look up the customer in your Dealer System. Type in their six-character reward number into their record. Save the record. And, that’s all!
Customer purchases will now be automatically recorded in the Rider Rewards system, and they’ll be counted as a loyalty member.

You might want to know a few other things about Rider Rewards. You DO NOT need any special equipment, like credit card scanners, to sign up people to your reward program. You don’t even need to make customers fill out a hand-written form. We do recommend having reward or loyalty cards, but they are actually optional for the Rider Rewards system. We’ll help you determine if our “cardless” loyalty rewards option is right for you.

Earning Rewards

  • Some of the loyalty program rules can be customized for your dealership to control how many points people earn and what they can cash out.

  • If a customer forgets their card, no problem! If they are already a member, rewards will be automatically applied to their account during the purchase.

  • Create special groups which can earn more rewards for each purchase, like a "military" or "new bike owner" group.

  • Harley-Davidson dealers can tie in their local HOG chapter data so chapter members can earn points at a greater level than regular members.(See My Chapter Manager.)

  • Customers can earn reward points at one or multiple stores with one reward account.

The Customer Portal

Customers can log into your website to check their points, view recent purchases, find daily deals, and print their Rider Rewards Bucks.

If a customer does not have internet access, cashiers can spend their points in-store from any computer.
