Cash Register (DMS) Integration

A major benefit to our marketing system is that we are able to pull information from many cash register or Dealer Management Systems. We currently work with Talon 2, Talon ES, Lightspeed NXT, and Lightspeed Unix.

Cash register integration provides a host of benefits, including:

Cashiers will ring the sale as normal—NO external hardware or magnetic card scanners are needed. Because of our cash register integration, cashiers WILL NOT have to type in points or invoice numbers during the sales process. We make it easy to run “double point” campaigns, award bonus points for a particular item, and reward customer groups at different levels (such as giving HOG members triple points).

Website Integration
You can automatically download email addresses to put in a specified mailing list, such as a newsletter list or ride sign-up.

Individual customers can also access “rewards” profile pages from a log-in placed on your website. The profile page is branded with your dealer’s logo and slide show! Customers can access your other locations from here, as well.

Drastically increase visits to your website by having customers activate their rewards card online, as well as check current rewards, “buy” and print earned coupons, get gift ideas, download store specials, view store calendar, and view recent purchases.

Powerful Marketing Tools

Brand the program specifically to your dealership rather than signing on to a competitively used or generic program.

Design the rewards program levels and rules however you want. Customize rewards on bikes, service, parts, and motor clothes, or even reward by item. Very specific rules can be defined, for example, rewarding or not rewarding on gift card purchases.

Automatically reward customers just for visiting the store, filling out a survey, signing up for the program, having a birthday, or attending Chapter meetings and going on rides. 

Easily create “rewards” campaigns to drive purchase behavior like “buy X get X free” programs, multi-point days, bonus points for items, and rewards for attending events with just a few mouse clicks. Customers are automatically notified of double point days through their profile page on your web site.

Automatically reward HOG or motorcycle chapter members at different levels. There is no need for separate loyalty or membership cards.


Quickly download mail and email lists of ALL customers, including reward and non-reward customers, based on demographic information, sales history, gender, bike they ride, education, and more. Also, automatically download lists of customers who haven’t used their points in the past 90 days.

Automated reporting gives you instant information on current “rewards liability,” top 50 customers, redeemed rewards, gift cards available, normal sales versus rewards sales, and duplicates in your dealer management system.

Customers can even “rent” a hand-held scanner, walk around the store, and add items to a gift registry or wish list. The hand-held bar code scanner, which comes with our program, is also used to electronically track event and ride participation. Get rid of punch cards and stamps!
