“ Do I have to get a kiosk with
my program? ”
You do not have to have a kiosk to successfully run
our customer loyalty software or any other of our programs. This point is
often a stumbling block as some people think that a kiosk is a
“loyalty” or “rewards” program. A kiosk is marketing/sales feature
that can increase participation and interest in a loyalty program,
or even enhance your marketing efforts or event participation.
Electronic kiosks are by no means necessity, but because of their
increasing popularity and use, their benefits should at least be
considered.

“ Does your program just work with
Harley-Davidson/Buell dealerships? ”
We have a few Harley-Davidson specific features, like
HOG
Manager, but otherwise the rest of our loyalty and marketing
programs would work successfully with any powersports or motorcycle
dealership. We do in fact have a variety of dealerships using our
solutions—weather they sell motorcycles other than Harley or a
combination of brands, like Yamaha, Honda, Kawasaki, and more.

features. Is the software suite easy to use? ” Most dealerships using our system are surprised to find how
easy is to use and run basic functions, like doing marketing
