“ How much does it cost? ”
Our programs vary widely in price from a-la-cart offerings, like HOG Manager and
e-Marketing, to full marketing & customer loyalty suites working with stand-up kiosks. 

Choose wisely when investing in a “reward program”, be cautious as many “reward companies” claim to offer low start-up prices by retrofitting your current gift or credit card machines as a “reward program”. Since these are based on credit card machine technology what they often don’t tell you is that you will be charged a percentage for every single transaction! Others will claim to be a “reward program” by offering canned direct mail campaigns which can result in thousands of dollars in direct mail doing nothing more than you already are doing today with your current print vendor.

We have a single start-up fee and then flat reoccurring monthly fees. There are NO hidden fees, additional charges for signing up customers, or contacts to neither deal with— nor do we take a percentage of your sales on gift cards or earned customer rewards. “ Do I have to get a kiosk with my program? ”
You do not have to have a kiosk to successfully run our customer loyalty software or any other of our programs. This point is often a stumbling block as some people think that a kiosk is a “loyalty” or “rewards” program. A kiosk is marketing/sales feature that can increase participation and interest in a loyalty program, or even enhance your marketing efforts or event participation.

Electronic kiosks are by no means necessity, but because of their increasing popularity and use, their benefits should at least be considered.

“ Does your program just work with Harley-Davidson/Buell dealerships? ”
We have a few Harley-Davidson specific features, like HOG Manager, but otherwise the rest of our loyalty and marketing programs would work successfully with any powersports or motorcycle dealership. We do in fact have a variety of dealerships using our solutions—weather they sell motorcycles other than Harley or a combination of brands, like Yamaha, Honda, Kawasaki, and more.


“ More Than Rewards has a lot of features. Is the software suite easy to use? ”
Most dealerships using our system are surprised to find how easy is to use and run basic functions, like doing marketing campaigns, managing customer accounts, and generating reports. This is because we designed the system on par with those that have basic knowledge of email, the internet, and Microsoft Word.  We provide sufficient training for marketing, management, and cashiers, and happily give training onsite upon request.


“ What if I just wanted HOG Manager or your e-Marketing module? ”
We do sell monthly subscriptions to HOG Manager and e-Marketing on an a-la-cart basis. Our loyalty and other marketing software can easily be added at a later date.


“ How are you different from other ‘rewards’ or ‘loyalty’ companies? ”

Our program is web-based, accessed at your dealership through your own intranet. We give owners and marketers the power to direct purchase behavior, send targeted email, offer customers online features through your website, a HOG Chapter management system, and tons more from reporting to communication.

“ I already have a ‘rewards’ program. How easy is it to make the switch? ”
This is actually a simple process, though we don’t like to call it “switching” your program—it’s more like “upgrading.” Most of our current customers have changed their current program to use More Than Rewards with just a few steps. First, we need a database of your customers and their earned points. We upload the information, and then can mimic your current program with our software—it just takes a few minutes to set-up.


“ If I don’t have Talon or Light Speed systems, how do you integrate the sales data with your marketing programs? ”
In this case, we create an upload site to post a crystal or excel report, for example, from your dealer management system on a periodic basis. We pull the information into the More Than Rewards system so it syncs with your sales information to automatically calculate rewards.


“ How should I reward my customers? ”
