It’s easier than ever for riders to join your loyalty program. Their basic customer information is most likely already in your dealer management system (DMS). Cashiers find a customer in the system and scan a new loyalty card with your existing barcode reader. They can also manually enter the six-character rewards
number if you are not using cards, and that’s it! The customer can now start earning rewards.
Earning Rewards
Customers can earn rewards, discounts, and free gifts in a number of ways:
For purchases of motorcycles, parts, accessories, motorclothes, and service, based on the rules you have set. Online purchases linking with your DMS would also apply. If a customer forgets their card, no problem! If they are already a member, rewards will be automatically given to their account. |
For purchasing Ace Branded Products HD Roadhouse Collection products online, if you choose to sell them from your website. |
For making purchases on special double-point days or for participating in specials like “buy four quarts of oil, get the fifth free”—there is no need for punch cards or stamps. |
For being part of a group, such as a motorcycle chapter. |
For participating in a survey, ride, or event–or just for coming into your store. |
For purchasing existing sale items, at your discretion. |
For their birthday or sign-up to the program, automatically. |

Once a customer is given a card, they can go to your website and activate the account to check their points, view recent purchases, view rides, find gift ideas, download store specials, print earned reward coupons, and personalize their profile. Other stores on your loyalty program can also be accessed from the customer profile section.
Riders can redeem their rewards a number of different ways. They can print coupons from their website portal or your in-store kiosk, or have the cashier redeem coupons automatically. Free gift coupons may also be added to their account.
Customers can receive email or mail from your dealership on store sales, upcoming events, and automated service follow-ups. If customers have not made purchases in a while, you can automatically download mail lists of those who haven’t used their points in 30, 60, or 90 days.
